Recently seeing a lot of content on linkedin showing junior dev roadmap images which all seem to lead to an end result of React. Why do all Devs need to strive towards React? Is developing for WordPress or pure html,CSS and JavaScript not a valid route anymore?

Of course learn the basics for development, but find a framework and language you enjoy, also consider other languages from a projects point of view as React might not always be the right solution.
